Payments
All booked services will be invoiced through Frilans Finans, an EU-based umbrella company. Invoices are sent to you by email after the service has been delivered and have to be payed within 7 days.
Prices
All prices are final at the time of booking your service. Prices are listed and billed in € if nothing else has been agreed upon. Customers with residence in Sweden will be billed in local currency.
OBSERVE: If you live outside of the EU, your bank may request additional charges for processing international invoices and foreign currencies. Please check with your bank to see if this applies to you to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.
Refund Policy
All agreed upon service payments are non-refundable unless you cancel or reschedule your session with a valid reason (illness, injury or other unforeseen events). There will be no refunds for services that have already been delivered.
Liability Disclaimer
You are responsible for your own health and well-being. The holistic practices recommended by me are for inspirational purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for medical treatment or advice. Please consult your medical care provider before engaging in any suggested practices, particularly if you have a known medical condition or if you are pregnant or nursing.
Confidentiality
Personal information disclosed during sessions will not be shared with anyone by either party.
Internet Failure
If the Internet connection breaks down during an online session and prevents you from participation you will be able to reschedule it no matter whose connection it is that is at fault. Always make sure that you have a good Internet connection on your end and that your software and hardware is working properly to avoid unnecessary disruptions.
